CrossFit Santry Membership Policy
At CrossFit Santry, we prioritize the safety, effectiveness, and enjoyment of our classes for all athletes. To ensure a smooth and productive training environment, we have implemented the following policies:
1. Booking and Cancellations Policy
1.1 Booking Classes
-
Members can book classes up to 48 hours in advance.
-
Booking availability opens exactly 48 hours before class start time to ensure fair access for all members.
1.2 Cancellations
-
For classes starting before 10:00 AM: Cancellations must be made at least 10 hours prior to class.
-
For classes starting between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM: Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before class.
-
Late cancellations will result in the loss of a class credit.
1.3 No Shows
-
Members who fail to attend two booked classes in a month will be charged a €10 fee.
-
If a member no-shows a sold-out class, they will incur a €10 fee, regardless of prior no-show history.
1.4 Class Cancellation by Management
-
If no members are booked 90 minutes before class start time, the class may be cancelled at management's discretion.
-
Classes may also be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, at the discretion of management.
1.5 Membership Cancellation Period
-
All memberships are subject to a 30-day cancellation notice period.
-
Members must provide at least 30 days' written notice to cancel their membership through this form here
-
If a cancellation request is made within the 30-day period, the member's next scheduled membership payment will still be charged, as this covers the required notice period.
-
By signing the membership form, members confirm: "I have reread and agree to the cancellation policy. I understand there is a 30-day cancellation period, and if I am within that period, my next membership payment will still be charged."
2. Late-to-Class Policy
2.1 Late Arrival Limit
-
Members arriving more than 5 minutes late may not be allowed to join the class.
2.2 Safety Considerations
-
Late arrivals may not be permitted to ensure proper warm-up and instruction, reducing injury risks.
2.3 Exceptions
-
In case of unforeseen emergencies, management may grant exceptions at their discretion.

Children under 16 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times.
